Heavenly Couture
I stumbled across this site the other day and I am happy to report nothing is over $17.95. Here are my favorite pieces.
I'm the girl who has every subscription known to man from fashion, food and home magazines. Only to be let down every month with things that are out of reach. Like the season's hottest bag...its only 1200 dollars.
